[hpsdr] New HPSDR/P*SDR Release - Display, 384K, and more

Hi Berndt -

I had the same problem.  In my case it was because I had selected 125% font 
size in Control Panel/Display.  Once I set it back to 100% default 
everything worked perfectly.
