[hpsdr] New HPSDR/P*SDR Release - Display, 384K, and more

Hi Hermann, Warren, all.

Phil already put my nose on this fact. It was my mistake due to switching
forth and back between the different programs, settings and hardware.
Sorry again for confusion.

Helmut, All,

384 kHz ONLY with Hermes - no Mercury firmware yet that supports 384 kHz;
even cuSDR64 can't help it ;-)

P.S. Doug, Warren: great job on PowerSDR mRx; everything's working fine
here!

Hi,

thanks for clarification, Kjell. Yes, I did the successful tests also with
Hermes 2.3.

I rechecked my Metis (v2.5a) config: up to 192 kHz everything ok. 384 kHz:
frozen panadapter, no audio! Hermann's cuSDR64 is working fine at 384 kHz
sampling. Maybe this report is helpful.

Hi.

I had Hermes with v2.2 installed. Updated to v2.3 and everything works.
