[hpsdr] New Release! P*SDR mRX-FFT 3.0.1

Hi Doug W5WC, Warren NR0V and the other guys who participates in the project HPSDR! Many thanks for your stupendous work: PowerSDR_mRX_v3.0.1.0. In comparison with the programs PowerSDR_v2.2 ... This version (PowerSDR_mRX_v3.0.0.0 and v3.0.1.0) works fantastically well. I note very soft range switching that on my  Intel i3-550 and  Windows XP Pro was not before. I used to have my HPSDR ( Metis_V2.5a, Mercury_V3.3, Pennylane_V1.7, Alexiares ) were failures in the switching range, now everything is fine!
In tabs DSP set  buffer = 8192, "brakes" no. When installing buffer =16,384 observed a slight slowdown when switching ranges, due to a lack of CPU performance.
Other defects not seen, very high resolution in the waterfallPowerSDR_mRX.
