[hpsdr] Alex TX board T1 and T2 Primary

Don:

The teflon insulation was recommended for manufacturing reasons. It is more
rugged and does not melt at soldering temperatures.

You can use any kind of 18 gauge or larger wire if you want, just make sure
nothing important is touching or shorted after assembly.
