[hpsdr] mRX PowerSDR

G'day,

I can't get the current version of mRX PowerSDR to work with HPSDR
(Metis, Mercury, Penylane, Excalibur).

What version of firmware does it expect? It complains about the wrong
firmware version. When selecting to bypass version check, the HPSDR
starts sending packets, but there is no spectra displayed nor audio
output.
