[hpsdr] Hermes/ANAN-10 Tune Power

In the TX tab (using the latest mRX version) the tune power setting 
seems to be indicated in watts but it appears to be a percentage of 
drive level -- e.g., setting to "50" should yield 5W output given 10W 
from the ANAN-10 at full drive.  Is it correct that I should ignore the 
"(W)" indication and view it as a percentage of full power?

Also, it appears that the tune power is independent of the drive level 
setting on the main screen.  Is that correct?
