[hpsdr] Antivirus & Malware

I have found that ESET NOD32 Antivirus has very low latency, as has been noted in forums related to music processing.  It is also
often noted for low CPU usage.  Much better for latency than Security Essentials.  While I like Malwarebytes, I leave it off on my
SDR machine, and just run it manually every week or so.
