[hpsdr] predistortion

Hi Helmut,

I've recently got my Munin amp operational so it's great to have 100W 
capability with my HPSDR setup.  I'd be very interested in hearing about 
your amp based on the Freescale devices and pre-distortion techniques so 
please make available what you have.
