Checking the TAPR website (that might seem obvious?), you can see that the TADD-1 circuit
board is available, and that the TADD-3 seems to have replaced the TADD-2, and is
available as a full kit.

Of course since you are likely in the UK, a kit from the UK might be better suited, as the
previous poster has pointed out.
