[hpsdr] Hermes TX filter in OpenHPSDR mRx??

I am enjoying working JT65 with Hermes/Penny Whistle.

While transmitting, the edges of the displayed pass band can be 
changed by dragging them.  This can be used to clean up the displayed signal.

My question:  Does this actually change the transmitted signal or 
does it only change the receive bandwidth of what is being used to 
display the TX signal?

                      Put another way, does adjusting the displayed 
passband during TX clean up the signal being transmitted?
