Boy - you guys are making this all very complicated.

I think the easiest way is to call up WA6ZTY and ask him what frequency 
he's transmitting on?

Seriously, Mike is an old FD buddy of mine.  Kinda reminds me of the 
many ways to measure the height of a building with a barometer. My 
favorite was going to the facilities manager of the building and 
offering him this neat barometer if he would tell you what the height was..

Just couldn't resist.
