[hpsdr] MUNIN low output

Just thinking, a dummy load that is not perfectly resistive, will show a higher and higher reactance ( capacive or inductive ) as the frequency increases. This reactive load may explain why the active power is less and less at higher frequencies and also why C27 burns.
I still have to build my Munin kit, so this is just a thought.
