[hpsdr] Help with Metis protocol please

Hi Bob

I told Phil about this problem with the wideband data a couple of weeks
ago. It is only a bug in the Metis code and not Hermes.

I have a fixed version of the Met is firmware if you want a copy? Phil is
going to put the fix in the next official release.
