[hpsdr] Gnuradio Hermes/Metis 3.7.2

Gnuradio has pushed out 3.7.1 and now 3.7.2git.  This fixes a slew of bugs in 3.7.0
and adds some features. The QT Display RF Frequencies bug was fixed, and the makefiles
for out-of-tree modules have been changed.

The SVN for hermesNB creates the modified build environment compatible with 3.7.2.
and likely later as well.

You will need to install Gnuradio 3.7.2 before checking out the GRC3.7 hermesNB module and
building it. The wget script on the gnuradio page now defaults to building
Gnuradio 3.6.5.1 so youcan't use it directly.


You need to modify the wget script if you want to build the most current version of Gnuradio
from git. To install the latest version of gnuradio:

1. Download and run the Remove_gnuradio script from the TAPR SVN.

2. Download the build-gnuradio script from: 

    http://www.sbrac.org/files/build-gnuradio


3. Put it in your home directory.  (~)

4. Make it executable

5. Execute it with $ ./build-gnuradio -m
     the -m switch pulls the latest build from git rather than 3.6.5.1
