[hpsdr] Angelia_v2.0 firmware and new output_file.pof file

Hi All
My 100D is now back up working with Firmware Ver 2.0 using Method 2
Have also now gathered all the required Software to be able to use
Method 3 - so now set up to use any of the 3 methods in future
