Hi Dave,

You are right, these have have been shorted on board whoever designed the 
board.

Actually these 0 ohm resistor if should have been there could have made your 
life a bit easy to isolate the power regulator o/p from the 5 V bus

I placed 0ohm resistors R77,87,R131,R132,R133,R135,R136,137

Looking at the image on K9IVB's site I'm thinking these resistors should
not be on the board? Can anyone confirm?
