[hpsdr] [sdr-widget] Introducing the Hermes-Lite

HermesLite appeared in the QtRadio servers list, and able to connect
yesterday no problem.

Compared it to my local Hermes (two instances of QtRadio), could not see or
hear any significant differences while monitoring a 20m SSB QSO.

Fantastic work!
