Joe-

I am expecting front/back panels back from FrontPanelExpress<http://www.frontpanelexpress.com/> any day now. If my measurements were good, the panels ought to be nice and I'll post the design files.

Michael, Warren,

The Hammond 1455Q enclosure is what I use here (from DigiKey) for my Angelia board, and that's what I've been calling the Hermes enclosure (perhaps inappropriately). My picoPSU fit without requiring any grinding, but I notice that some of the later picoPSUs have two larger caps on the side now that make them a bit wider than the earlier versions so perhaps that's what you have. I did grind a portion of a few of the internal rails near P1 and P2 to make it easier to plug and unplug blaster cables.

My Angelia was purchased stand-alone. I can't vouch for it fitting in a Hermes enclosure because I don't have one, but Angelia + PicoPSU does fit in a Hammond 1455Q<http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/1455Q1601.pdf>. It is a tight fit, however. The outside of the PicoPSU is just a couple of millimeters too wide. I had to grind some slot rails off the inside end of the Hammond enclosure.
