[hpsdr] Broken audio on Atlas based system

Hmm,

Seems I still don't understand. The non-PS version that works fine is 
V3.2.2. For the sake of my sanity should 3.2.10 mRX PS run on my 
hardware? If it should, it doesn't properly. With the second RX enabled 
or multi-RX the audio is horribly distorted and choppy.
