[hpsdr] Broken audio on Atlas based system

OK I found the problem. For some reason the receiver AF chain seems to
behave differently on 3.2.10. What got me on to this was I could run the
second receiver muted without any audio problems. As soon as I unmuted
it the audio started breaking up - it's as if the outputs are additive
rather than being mixed. The other strange thing is after I panned the
audio so that RX1 was on the left channel and RX2 was on the right
channel the problem disappeared completely and I was able to run both
channels mixed without the audio distortion.

Very weird but it is working now.
