[hpsdr] Hermes Breakout Brd 2-pin Header

In procrastinating my assembly of the breakout board, I seemed to have 
lost one of the 2-pin PCB headers.  If someone has a spare and can put 
it in an envelope and mail to my CBA, I'd be happy to reimburse by 
PayPal or whatever payment method works.
