All,

Ozy is still being supported. Ozy works with the current versions of firmware and software on the OpenHPSDR download page (http://openhpsdr.org/download.php).

In particular, the current official versions of firmware for Ozy based systems are:

PowerSDR_mRX_PS_v3.2.17.0

Ozy v2.7 (included in the PowerSDR_mRX_PS_v3.2.17.0 folder and loads automatically when Ozy is selected as hardware and the initozy11.bat file is edited to point to Ozy_Janus.v27.rbf file)

Mercury v3.4

Penelope v1.8

PureSignal is not implemented in any of the Atlas-based systems at the present time so that option in PowerSDR is not available when running Ozy (or Metis).

Keep in mind that you may not mix “old” firmware versions with firmware version that are later than 4May2013 (i.e., Ozy_Janus_v2.5 in the case for Ozy) as a major change for all the Atlas-based boards was made to implement a new I2C bus communications scheme between Ozy(or Metis) and the Mercury/Penelope boards.

If you use a version of current firmware in any of the Ozy/Mercury/Penelope boards you must use current firmware in all of the boards (recommended).
