[hpsdr] Fwd: [apache-labs] PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.2.18 released

I should have mentioned that I recently upgraded to 4.2 Angelia as well. So
it could be either. I'll try downgrading back to 4.1 to see if that changes
anything. I noticed it with TUN and it was reading out about 85W for each
band. I was originally trying to find out if I was affected by the 10M
winding issue.
