[hpsdr] Success with GNURadio on LIVA PC!

Hi
first that really small PC !
next it require a "UEFI" bootable USB key AND a 64Bit win 8.1 for work
anything else fail to boot and/or install ,i lost big part of my day
figure it ...
i make work whit decent performance of 2 or less decoding
WSJT-X (not forget the NTP server)
JT65HF-109
one that not work
JT65-HF HB9HQX remain on "receiving"
so whit my KX3 i made nice portable JT65 setup and\or monitor for 6M
opening
