[hpsdr] CPU monitor

Hi,

 

Why does in my case the 'CPU load display' not appear on the PowerSDR
console (all releases) using my win7 64b machine, while on CuSDR CPU load is
displayed ok? On my notebook with win7 32b both consoles work fine. Any
ideas?
