[hpsdr] Hermes from Apache total cost to the UK

Hi Conrad,
I ordered Hermes, the ANAN-10 case plus shipment some months ago but it 
did not attract Customs duty.
$895 for Hermes, $69 for the enclosure, $40 for FEDEX shipping - Total 
$1004.
