 Hi Joe, 

I just tested ur test code. I could not see any difference to firmware 2.8 
in power out on every band on my LPA-100A. 

No problem so far. On 28.0 MHz I have to set PA setting to the lowest 
possible value 41.5 for 100W, but on 29.0 MHz I get 108W. That is ok. 

Used the programmer to go 3.9 and back to 2.8 without any issue.
