[hpsdr] Angelia_v2.9 firmware … revert back to Angelia_v2.8 please

All, 

I have received several reports of high noise levels on all bands when using Angelia_v2.9 even though it works fine on my system.  Therefore please revert to Angelia_v2.8 until such time as we get this strange behavior showing up on some systems sorted out.
