Angelia_v2.9 firmware package is available for download from 

http://k5so.com/Angelia_v2.9.zip

This version of firmware implements improved signal handling within the FPGA for SPI_bus filter switching signals that are transfered between different clock domains in the FPGA.  

It may cure problems for some users who were experiencing low output power on some bands with the previous firmware versions if those problems were a result of improper filter switching due to communcation errors on the SPI bus to the ANAN-100D or Alex filters.  

Thanks to everyone who tested the code for me, I certainly appreciate the help and feedback.
