[hpsdr] PowerSDR/openHPSDR v3.2.9 Released

I also see this problem.
Using HPSDR - Ozy, Pene 1.8,Mercury 3.4
After Tx, Attenuator goes to -20 instead of 0db where I had it.
(database.xml and wisdom files deleted prior to instal.)
