[hpsdr] MUNIN Component Reference Drawing correction.

Hi all Munin builders.

I have been informed by Merv, VK6BMT about a minor fault in the Component  
Reference Drawing found on the Munin2 site.

C6 is marked as DNI (Do NOT Install) on page 3 of 10 and the opposite on  
page 5 of 10. The last is correct, it should be installed. The schematic  
is correct.

If C6 is not installed, the HF grounding of the primary of L12 is partly  
lost and the gain on the lower frequencies will reduced. Not a great  
problem but good to know if someone has a problem.
