[hpsdr] cuSDR mods

G'day,

I've modified cuSDR to accommodate my needs for operation on LF/MF
frequencies and added a couple of extra buttons for 2200m and 630m bands
and also fixed various bugs that I came across at that time.

For those interested in a copy of the mod'ed source tree including
binaries built on a ubuntu-13.10 64bit system the archive can be
downloaded from:

The main changes include:

* Modified project files to accommodate building on Ubuntu (Unix)
* Modified sources tree to build against QT5.2
* Added 2200m and 630m band buttons
* Fixed display for detected hardware
* Enabled 384kHz sampling rate for OpenHPSDR hardware other than Hermes
* Fixed CPU load reporting for Unix (Linux) systems utilising POSIX
compliant functions
* others....

This version was tested using Metis and Hermes before the version 2.5
firmware release for Hermes. So your mileage may vary.
