Sid,

It looks like you have direct-mode enabled which I 
assume you have modified your RTL dongle. 

In that case you don't want the offset freq which
you have set to 120000000 hz, change that to 0

I'll check again tomorrow, perhaps I need an HF antenna connected. There 
is a strong local ham on 7.190 but I can't hear him with the 2m/70cms 
co-linear and cuSDR64.
