[hpsdr] Problems with 3.2.7

Hi John,

This is ONLY A GUESS; however, I'm suspecting that there's a particular 
thread that may be overloaded on your PC.  One clue was that you 
mentioned VAC1 and VAC2 in another email.  If those were enabled, please 
disable them and see if it makes any difference.

Also, what is your PC?  Especially O/S, CPU, and memory?

Finally, do you happen to have a tool such as Microsoft's Process 
Explorer that will allow you to look at how hard the threads are working?
