[hpsdr] Teamspeak and "3d Waterfall"

Last night on Teamspeak there was comment about 3d Waterfalls. This was 
demonstrated in 2008 by Cathy Moss (UK). She gave attribution to Moe 
Wheatley AE4JY who first showed a prototype demo.

Perhaps this will stimulate other skilled programmers to investigate and 
reproduce this stunning example with Mouse controlled viewing angle and 
moving (real time) graphics :-)
