[hpsdr] Hermes grounding

Hi all,
I put double nuts on the SMA connectors of my unit and clamped them to the front panel of the euro case. I also tapped the case for larger screws to make a better contact to the end panels. I had leakage issues once when the RX cable connector 
was loose.
