[hpsdr] PowerSDR PortAudio error -9998

Couldn't find a previous occurrence in a search of the archives.

PowerSDR works fine on my laptop, but on my desktop, I get a PortAudio
-9998 error "Invalid Channel Count" when I click the "On" button.  OS is
Win7 64 bit.  I have not had any previous problems with audio on this
computer, but don't know if anything else that I run uses the PortAudio
library.

Has anyone else seen this problem?  I can provide more details if useful.
