[hpsdr] Direct IQ out option (P> Text this time)

I am trying the MP40-SDR program which uses IQ stream via the direct IQ using VAC under audio tab.
It will sort of decode analog OK.
When I turn on direct IQ output to VAC it goes death.
Regular MP40 which expects analog is working FB.
Any one using MP40-SDR that can assist, not sure if it is PWRSDR or soemthing I am missing?
