[hpsdr] Calling all IT pros!

That first thing I did before even down loading new version.
I tried uninstalling pwrsdr from control panel as next step that is first time I saw errors 2503 and 2502.
Ran uninstalled fixer from MS and that got old version out of register.
Then tried install msi package and had dreaded 2503 and 2502 message agn.
Robbie's solution worked!
I will probably have same issue next go round.
