[hpsdr] Metis upgrade requires bypass firmware check...

I just updated Metis from v2.6 to v2.8 and all appears to be well other 
than PowerSDR now requires me to set the checkbox for Bypass Firmware 
Check.  Just puzzled why I need this.

The current firmware versions reported are:

Metis: 2.8
Mercury: 3.4
Penelope: 1.8

The upgrade of Metis from 2.6 to 2.8 via HPSDR Programmer_V2_nopcap 2.0 
completed normally.

I'm using PowerSDR 3.2.9 (2/23/14) and Windows XP.
