[hpsdr] Apache no longer ship direct to the UK

Those posts obviously escaped my notice as it never would have been my 
option having seen a MFJ item advertised Stateside for $69.95 and sold 
in the UK for £169.

When I tackled the dealer, he mouthed something about Customs and made a 
bee line for the back of the shop.

In 2 visits I bought an HF rig each time in Sunnyvale, Ca. each for less 
than half the UK price, got them shipped to Florida FOB, brought them 
back in my luggage, paid Customs and saved a packet.

There was also a guy who went on a fly-drive holiday to Florida and 
brought back a TS850S. The total cost of the holiday, rig, Customs still 
cost him less than buying the rig from his local emporium.
