[hpsdr] Apache no longer ship direct to the UK

If Anan radios are so illegal in UK that they confiscated by customs by
dozens without explanation, how is Waters and Stanton able to import and
re-sell them?  Are dealers not subject to the same or even more strict
rules as individuals? just curious.. :)
