[hpsdr] Metis/Mercury Bandscope Data (EP=4)

Hi Doug,

That is good to hear - thanks.  Can you please confirm that the bandscope
data issue is only relevant to Metis and not Hermes.

Since they share exactly the same code base this is going to be an
interesting problem to track down!
