[hpsdr] filter switching

Hi all,
Not to give you hard working software guys more work and I really think you guys are great.
I have a number of different preselectors. Some serial and some parallel. It would be very cool to have a programmable user interface to control some of this stuff. Summer is coming with high static and it would be nice to have a tracking preselector on the receiver front end so local broadband noise doesn't saturate the A/D. I presently use switches for control. I'm sure we could never afford to build some of these cool mil preselectors. Harris, Cubic, Racal and Collins made some nice ones. I was lucky to get a couple optional preselector modules for the R3150.
