[hpsdr] Hermes VNA - No Hermes board found - SOLVED

Thanks to Roger G4KFZ for telling me to uncheck Automatic metric 
and type 1 into Interface metric box in networking Advanced 
TCP/IP Settings.  It finds Hermes fine on the second NIC now.
