[hpsdr] New Hermes code available

Hello Berndt,

I was using the 3.2.9 powerrsdr with 2.7a firmware till now, no problems.
Yesterday I installed 3.2.10 and 2.7b and I see no difference with the 
previous version, even the power output is the same on all bands.
Because I dont use 6m I tested a few times before replying and 
everything seems to be ok, no hangups with both firmware versions.
I have a TAPR board in an anan-10 case, the apache hermes is the same as 
far as I know.
