[hpsdr] Using VS 2012 Express for OpenHPSDR

In addition to the discussion about VS 2013 Community edition, I like to
add the following:

I have been using the free VS 2012 Express as a development tool for
OpenHPSDR, under Windows.
The procedure is as follows:

Install VS 2012 Express for Desktop
Install VS C++ 2010 Express
Load SLN file
VS 2012 offers to update C++ 2010 files. Do NOT update the files, in which
case VS2012 will make use of VS C++ 2010.
Enable Native Code debugging (right click PowerSDR, Select Debug, Enable
native code debugging). This enables to set breakpoints in the C++ source.
In Build - Configuration manager enable JanusAudio, PowerSDR, pthread, wdsp
for Build

You can now rebuild the project.
