[hpsdr] VS2013 Community Edition

So I have the files from a proper full VS2013 Professional installation that I can share
with others.  It's a zip file, and if you email me off-list, I'll send it to you.

Here are my concerns about the referenced article:
1) the components are for VS2012 and not VS2013.  While the same trick may work, you
should use the components from VS2013 and not from VS2012
2) this trick creates what may only be 'managed C++' projects, and may not create
'traditional' C++ projects.  If that is true, you won't be able to build PowerSDR's DLLs
that are written in C on VS2013 Community Edition.
3) VS2013 will NOT do 'mbcs mfc' out of the box.  You need to additionally download and
install 'vc_mbcsmfc.exe' or equivalent.  It's 65mb, so get it from Microsoft and try

But my zip file contains all the functionality in full-blown VS2013, for those who want to
try the same trick listed in the article that Neal referenced with the components for
VS2013.

And I think that it's great that .Net is being released to the world at large on Linux and
the Mac!
