I also had some problems with WoodBox Radio sales and support, they do not care much about customers. Tmate2 controller is made by
Elad and sold by WBR but I bought it from Elad USA. Did you try to contact Elad USA for the support?

Ted,

Sadly the software supplied with the Tmate2 is not very useful for OpenHPSDR - it monopolizes the CAT connection, and pretty much
precludes using other CAT utilities, like DDUtil, at the same time.  I gave up on it after several weeks of frustration, and no
response from Wood Box Radio to my requests for support - and I bought it direct from them.
