[hpsdr] Advice on completing system

Bob,

There were issues with the final RF transformer orientation with the 
initial assembled Penelope boards - I had to reverse mine to get the 
right output level.  So be careful with this component.  I think there 
are images somewhere that show the correct orientation of the device.

I replaced my LPU with a PICO PSU and have had no problems driving a 
pretty full Atlas buss.  I got the one that supports a range of input 
voltages so I can supply it with 13.8V from a conventional PSU.  See:
